Mr. Olarinde on instruction provides medical reports and can act as a professional or expert witness.

Mr. Olarinde has been in active clinical practice in otolaryngology (ear, nose & throat surgery) practice since 1996. His practice is a general otolaryngology practice with a special interest in head and neck cancer including thyroid cancers. His general otolaryngology practice includes providing a specialist service for patients with hearing loss, tinnitus, vertigo and sinonasal complaints. He also provides specialist care for patients with injuries to the head, neck and facial regions. Mr Olarinde also provides reports for claimant and defendant solicitors in cases of noise induced hearing loss.

Depending on the availability of medical notes, appointments can be arranged within two weeks of instruction and reports provided promptly after an appointment. He is a 1st tier APIL (association of personal injury lawyers) expert, a member of the Society of Expert Witnesses and has received training in preparation of medical reports and in court appearances. Mr. Olarinde has been awarded the Cardiff University Law School Bond Solon Expert Witness Certificate as an expert in civil and criminal cases. This is the first University accredited expert witness qualification in the United Kingdom. Mr. Olarinde is an individual member of the Expert Witness Institute (MEWI) which is a leading membership body for vetted experts. Mr. Olarinde is also listed in the UK Register of Expert Witnesses – a vetted expert witness directory. He provides clarity into ear nose & throat/head and neck surgery issues for the court.

Mr Olarinde gave oral evidence in the Esegbona vs King’s College Hospital Foundation Trust before HHJ Coe QC sitting in the High Court of Justice Queen’s Bench Division in November 2018. In paragraph 197 of the judgement, HHJ Coe noted that ‘’In the event the evidence of Mr Olarinde was limited in its scope, but I accept it was given in a balanced and fair way.’’
